Work involves creation of report from Oracle systems as required by the customer. some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying Oracle, Federal Governament, Customer policies and procedures. Works within defined procedures and routines with limited autonomy. Problem solving involves research and verification of reports. Includes new graduate entrant with no professional experience; trainees, interns.
Entry level position.
Prefer 0-2 years of experience and good communication skills.
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job Requirements :

Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 0 – 2 years relevant work experience.
Have adequate Presentation skills. Understand Customer Needs and be able to Analyze and create SOX and other reports as required by the customer business. Have Good written and Verbal Communication skills. Understand customer organisation,be able to asses the Functional needs. and poses Customer management and Programs Managemen skills while Work with customer internal teams and Service Delivery teams. Be innovative in developing Business Intelligence Reports. Time to time modify the reports based on Customer Feedback.Maintain and manage good Relationship with customer business users. Be Results Orientated while Working Globally.
Provides follow through of complex customer reports, continuous improvement of Business Intelligence programs liked with audit, risk and governance. Development or modification of scripts or tools that can be used to measure Business user satisfaction, etc.
Interacts with customer business user teams and maintain customer audit, risk and governance reports. Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.
